Thank You President Trump. Most of the world will partner with you. I can hardly wait for these terrorists to be eradicated from the face of the earth.
Who doesn't want that? But, what exactly do you think the West has been doing for the better part of 40 years? How has that worked out? Why will it be any different under Trump? In fact, why won't it get worse under him?
Just FYI, you guys are arguing with Rashomon who has stated he is a follower of BBC.
A follower of the BBC? It's not a bloody cult FFS. It makes some interesting programs. I choose to watch some of them. Amazing, I know.
and the dominant narrative is that the innocent, wonderful Muslims have been picked on by Europeans since the Middle Ages.
It is? According to whom?
150 years ago, the same people raping in Cologne would have been on a Xebec, landing in a 3AM raid in Corsica, the South of France, or Sicily, carrying away women to rape back in Tunisia. North Africans raided Ireland and even Iceland sometimes. Not in the ancient past when the halberd was a top notch weapon, but when men wore powdered wigs, and for decades past the deaths of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson.
What stopped it was steam powered ships the slave-galleys couldn't outrow. Slavery was eliminated by Europe's force of arms, not by Muslim goodwill.
Whereas the West has an unblemished record in that regard.
The reason non-oil Muslim States are so poor is because endless slavery made them lazy and stupid.
Good grief.
German, French, Swedish, Belgian, Norwegian and British alignment is more towards stupid and misguided. That's why there are so many takers now who will start hair-trigger riots
Current members of the UN Security Council (who participated in the vote): the US, the UK, China, the Russian Federation, France, Spain, New Zealand, Angola, Egypt, Japan, Malaysia, Senegal, Spain, Uruguay and the Ukraine.

Thunderlips is correct.
According to the mainsteam press, and almost all politicians aside from Trump, and all college speech gestapo. To point out the historical fact that the Muslims were actually extremely abusive of non-Muslim people will get you excoriated, impeached, expelled, etc.
And yet it remains true, for example, that Saudi Arabia grudgingly outlawed slaverly only in 1962, and its clerics have never accepted that law because slavery is still officially part of Islam.
Worse: slavery continues down to the present moment in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and other such wonderful bastions of human rights because Islam says it's OK:

Forms of slavery continue down to the present day in every country on the planet. You may as well say Christians say it's OK if you are going to peddle that line. After all, what has the Bible got to say about it...
Fucking barbarians.
"Saudi sheik: 'Slavery is a part of Islam'
WorldNetdaily, November 10, 2003

A leading Saudi government cleric and author of the country's religious curriculum believes Islam advocates slavery. "Slavery is a part of Islam," says Sheik Saleh Al-Fawzan, according to the independent Saudi Information Agency, or SIA. In a lecture recorded on tape by SIA, the sheik said, "Slavery is part of jihad, and jihad will remain as long there is Islam." His religious books are used to teach 5 million Saudi students, both within the country and abroad, including the United States."

Yes, but it's against the law everywhere. But in Islam it's part of Jihad.

Sure, sure, every politician and academic is saying how innocent and wonderful Muslims are. I must have missed that part. Rather like you.

We have been approaching terrorism as if it was a crime, with full human rights to terrorists. That does not work. What works is the cruel way Saddam Hussein and Assad controlled the masses. Obviously we can never be like the dictators, but what we can do is install friendly, cruel dictators, and look the other way as they crack down on religion.
I can't think of anything else that will work.
Yes, but it's against the law everywhere. But in Islam it's part of Jihad.
You are trying to make out that the actions of extremists are representative of the entire Muslim world. Even you should accept that is ridiculous.

The actions of extremists is representative of Islam. Plain and simple.

Those dictators are/were a very large part of why we face this mess in the first place.
The actions of extremists is representative of Islam. Plain and simple.
No, they aren't. Plain and simple. The vast majority of Muslims are peaceful, law-abiding citizens. On what planet are the murderous actions of ISIS representative of that?

No, they aren't. Plain and simple.
Yes they are. They do everything Mohammad the "perfect Muslim" did.
Yes they are. They do everything Mohammad the "perfect Muslim" did.
No, they don't.
Ha ha ha. Are you denying Mohammad was a pedophile, had slaves, raped, plundered, and murdered?
Yes they are. They do everything Mohammad the "perfect Muslim" did.
No, they don't.
It's true that most Muslims are much better human beings than they are good Muslims.
Otherwise the world would be truly fucked.
Ha ha ha. Are you denying Mohammad was a pedophile, had slaves, raped, plundered, and murdered?
You mean like many other powerful leaders throughout most periods of history? That doesn't mean ISIS is representative of the Muslim world in the here and now.

Mohammad is regarded by Muslims as the perfect Muslim. Anything and everything he did represents Islam in it's purest form. Terrorists clearly state this as a reason for their action.

Why?
Why?
Oh, FFS. How many Muslims do you know? Out of those, how many have slaves, rape, commit murder etc. etc. Get the point?
His point is that Muslims are supposed to do those things because Mohammed did them.
Why?
Oh, FFS. How many Muslims do you know? Out of those, how many have slaves, rape, commit murder etc. etc. Get the point?
I had lot's of Muslim friends, and still do. They don't have slaves. It's against the law in this country.
His point is that Muslims are supposed to do those things because Mohammed did them.
It doesn't matter what you think Muslims should or should not be doing. The issue is what they are actually doing.

And they are committing terrorism, slavery, and disgusting sharia laws.

It's illegal in every country on the planet. And it still occurs in every country on the planet.
Actually it matters quite a lot what Muslims should be doing according to Islam.
The terrorists are extremely honest about this. It is perhaps their only good feature.
It's illegal in every country on the planet. And it still occurs in every country on the planet.
It is not illegal in Islam. Islam is not a country.

How many Muslims are there? How many are members of terrorist groups?
Actually it matters quite a lot what Muslims should be doing according to Islam.
The terrorists are extremely honest about this. It is perhaps their only good feature.
Not really. Every single religious text can be manipulated in one way or another. The fact that Muslims take the Quran as the literal truth and yet the vast majority don't do what you are speaking of, rather points to additional factors at play, wouldn't you say?
It is not illegal in Islam. Islam is not a country.
It's not illegal according to the Bible either, so what is your point?
Like I said, most of them are good human beings exactly because they don't take Islam all that seriously.
It's the ones who really mean it who are the problem.
And they are committing terrorism, slavery, and disgusting sharia laws.
How many Muslims are there? How many are members of terrorist groups?
Most of the 1.6 billion Muslims practice the sharia laws.
Like I said, most of them are good human beings exactly because they don't take Islam all that seriously.
It's the ones who really mean it who are the problem.
Except the vast majority of Muslims do take their religion seriously. They just don't take it the way you seem to want to paint it.
It is not illegal in Islam. Islam is not a country.
It's not illegal according to the Bible either, so what is your point?
Unlike the Muslims, Christians don't practice it anymore.
Most of the 1.6 billion Muslims practice the sharia laws.
Familiar with those, are you?
Except the vast majority of Muslims do take their religion seriously. They just don't take it the way you seem to want to paint it.
It's not about how I want to paint it. Islam is pretty damn clear, and pretty fucking violent, an order of magnitude beyond any other other religion.

His Political Islam bias comes out, taking advantage of his last few weeks to order the US Representative to abstain on a UNSC resolution telling Israel what it should do on the land the previous owners, the Egyptians and Jordanians, don't want back.

Congrats, Democrats.
Meanwhile, Netanyahu looks forward to the incoming Boss:
Donald Trump won't throw Israel to the Muslim Dogs.
