What financial incentive? That would give you a purpose ... you're just gabbing about ... the information isn't correct I am just trying to give you readers a more real view
So just to confirm, we have ZERO financial incentive, i.e. we don't get paid for the view we espouse that everything is not OK in the US. You're industry, mortgage loans depends largely on positive consumer outlook, as does the government who's data you espouse.
All the numbers and charts in the world amount to shit if their source is tainted with bias to skew the numbers favorably, as yours are.
