My fellow Republicans have a token answer that history has had cold and hot spells ... but that kind of defeat the current data

Tough choice then - Anti-Science or Anti-American... Which one are you?

213   _   2017 Jan 9, 5:53pm

If I am Anti American for believing in science then I would question the thesis of the original contention

Yeah, poor people should have non-growing children. I agree. That will be a step forward.

Go Derivatives! Let's wager more money than has ever existed on the premise than no one understands them!

I find the term Anti American troubles educated people who know they're spewing B.S. for their own agenda.

NuttBoxer says

And you haven't answered my question Logan. Could it be because you haven't thought that far and shit just got real? Apparently something else you haven't learned. When sourcing truth, always follow the money.

NuttBoxer says

How about you just answer the question I posted, and re-iterated that you have ignored. What is our financial benefit from being bears? You said we have one, put some fact behind your opinion.

Logan Mohtashami says

A realtor has a financial incentive to be bullish always

A data miner doesn't... just reads the numbers

To have a place of conversation, clearly you guys aren't trained in economics or data reading...

So, just look at your headline topics (Koo Koo)

So, since you guys don't actually give the real economic data breakdown just ideological rants

I thought I would solve that poison, that sickness ...

As of comment 314, still not answered. If you can't outline a clear financial incentive(as I have for YOUR perspective), when calling someone a liar, you have nothing to stand on. And as that seems to be the entire point of your post, I'd say your hypothesis is bullshit since it has NO backing(i.e. financial incentive to lie).

I'd say your hypothesis is bullshit

I am betting on this for years to come...

Remember, I am just a little loan officer working for mommy and daddy with a history degree.... Just keep that in mind when you talk to me... and everything will go as plan

I answered this already, you're 14 men, friends, investors, talk about economics, but you can't really have a honest economic conversation because it would be terribly boring

So you broke the lines .... I get that... I just don't have to follow you with that kind of thinking...

236   fdhfoiehfeoi   2017 Jan 10, 5:40pm

You keep avoiding the most important part, our financial incentive/gain for having our position. You responded once with something about shorting that was unintelligible so I asked for a re-phrase, which you never gave. Then you twice tried to change the question to avoid the money part. That's fine if our conversation and points are honest, but the reason for your ENTIRE thread is to claim they aren't. When it comes to financial philosophies people only lie intentionally, as you claim we have, if they stand to benefit from their lie FINANCIALLY.

So just to confirm, we have ZERO financial incentive, i.e. we don't get paid for the view we espouse that everything is not OK in the US. You're industry, mortgage loans depends largely on positive consumer outlook, as does the government who's data you espouse.

All the numbers and charts in the world amount to shit if their source is tainted with bias to skew the numbers favorably, as yours are.

we have ZERO financial incentive,

Just in ARLP ;-)

Be mindful .. I am the one person who said this housing cycle simply won't have enough mortgage buyers ( once you exclude) cash buyers to have a recovery
