What kind of pen is that?
I think it's a regular Sharpie. The key seems to be drawing on something the ink does not strongly adhere to. The water than lifts up the ink, which still bonds strongly to itself. What the person is drawing on seems to have a gloss coating.
Pretty fucking cool.
