Commercial press call this company a "San Francisco Startup" but I can't find any SF address, nor even a business name registration. They appear to be either (a) not in San Francisco or (b) operating an illegally unregistered business from an undisclosed location here. What I find interesting is, all of the commercial journalists' "reports" read like press releases, including using exactly the same numbers, and NONE of them appear to have looked up whether the company has any connection to San Francisco. The company appears to be based in Irkutsk, the website is registered in Russia, and the certifications appear to be in Russian. Calling them a Russian startup might be accurate, but why are American commercial press calling them a "San Francisco Startup?"
