If not for Tony Banks and Peter Gabriel, nobody would know who Phil Collins is.

He hit big with his solo career because Miami Vice, he had that Miami Vice chic thing going, so that show brought him along and propelled him into his solo career post Genesis.

Decades later, I'm sure Liz Phair discovered this album and used it for her inspirational lo-fi album "Exile in Guyvile." "Fuck and Run" sounds a lot like this shit.
