Jordan Peterson attributes this behavior to how women are more into people, emotions, and other soft skills while men are more into things. He also talks of experiments in Scandinavian countries where women who were free to choose would naturally gravitate towards those related fields and occupations no matter how much technical and hard skills were promoted. ABC news completely omitted that fact, thus implying that the bullet wounds were from the shooter.

At the minimum do not invest in companies run by female CEOs and do not trust that any female LEO will protect you or knows what they're doing. Make sure men have at least the same, but ideally a higher influence in bringing up and raising your kids and teens.
