The Tavistock geniuses are trying to make young people sex lepers as part of the general demoralization plan. I've known some older guys who did anal sex and wound up with chronic prostatitis and pain. The bacteria nest and can become sequestered in there (antibiotics have difficulty getting rid of them), also likely an irritant that can increase cancer risk.

The bunghole has to be douched and washed with disinfectant to avoid these problems (unlikely that people would routinely do this in the heat of the moment), but there are also anal warts etc.(can be nasty and sometimes impossible to eradicate, sometimes deadly and require surgical interventions).
