Cameras are everywhere and as soon as you enter a public place people are allowed to record you, even assholes. There's a 99.99% chance a lawsuit will go nowhere but that's the route she needed to take. One can sympathize for the loss of privacy, but not for her actions. A man doing this faces potential jail time for assault, so she already has a much higher likelihood of walking scot free. No need to be a white knight here, reserved for ladies if at all. Is having a camera that close to someone deserving of a physical attack? She could have just kept going. No one was in her way or trying to stop her. Given our justice system, I wouldn’t bet against him being found at fault though. So, in that sense, it’s still the good old days when men can’t defend themselves. Amiright?

Of course we don’t have the full video but, I’m going to bet that the group of people there weren’t there to video themselves committing crimes. Ya know?

The use pepper spray was correct as using his body strength, fists etc. could have landed him in trouble with a biased state and jury. This is the same tool womyn use to defend against people (usually men) stealing their gucci bag or otherwise assaulting them. Parity.
