Not happy. Possibly a fake out of NeverTrump and the DemWarHawks preceding Gorsuch. Bomb the hell outta ISIS, not Secular Syria. Whole thing makes no sense. A winning force on the march back has no need to go to Chemical Weapons; the "First" time was actually a response to first use by Jihadis with Saudi Supplied gas (Saudi has gas and has used gas before). Another possibility: Excuse to hold face-to-face meetings with Russia that the Media/NeverTrump/Dems would never allow under the climate they created.
