Fox has the right to not air ads it doesn't want to. The American public has the right to expose the decisions of Fox not to air specific ads. Free speech goes both ways, you entitled snowflake.

If Fox doesn't air an ad, there is a risk that the ad will go viral due to the Streisand Effect.

As far as the title goes, it's tongue in cheek and making fun of the right for crying about lack of free speech regarding Christmas and many other things. There's a parallel with a trigglypuff getting all bent out of shape when someone says something they don't like.
