That's one of the best returns for a charity out of all of them...
You've obviously missed the point of the article. He directs the charitable donations from other people (remember he doesn't donate to his own charitable foundation) to other charities that turn around and use that money to buy things from Trump. Basically he uses the Trump Foundation to launder money that ultimately ends up in Trump's account.
Of course it looks like they spent it all on cash aid--that's how they want it to look.
