An administration that recognizes Islamic terror as Islamic terror would get that information via FISA warrants and domestic warrants. The only reason not to do that would be if an administration preferred to cover up the inherent connection between Islamic terror and Islam.

As reported in the article, the punishment for opposing the Islamic State is death, and all they need do is tell a nearby supporter your address. The Islamic State publishes online kill lists, including Americans living in America. FBI reported Islamic state cells in all 50 states. Please consider that when deciding how many advocates of Islam to import.
