I appreciate your time and help. This in no way is meant to rush you, but my folks have scheduled a meeting with an attorney for tomorrow. She has a high AVVO rating, and came as a referral from my Dad's homeless services organization's lawyer. I know that doesn't mean much, but it's something! :)

My posting (this time) is to help square the circle, help manage expectations, maximize the time spent, etc. I want them to know what to expect as an outcome..that type of thing.

Of course, I'm open to any and all insights on this or any related front.
