It was probably the Soldiers Of Odin who were attacking random Finns on the streets of Helsinki.
it certainly wasn't the Atlas Mountain Goat Rustlers and Arab Coastal Pirates they imported from North Africa, that would be a stretch.
Surprisingly, the attacker in Finland also shouted Allah Akbar:

Edit: this is very bizarre, as Finland does not have many immigrants - it is way too cold, gloomy, and inhospitable.

Finland paid to import Muslims, and a Finnish Prime Minister met with a "teen" refugee who turned out to be a Syrian army veteran and former prisoner. The Prime Minister offered his own family home to house Muslim "refugees."

A country in which you can't rape and fire automatic weapons into the air whenever you are in a good mood is a big disappointment. Where are all those hungry porn girls?
"A knife attack carried out in Turku, Finland has people wounded in the city center with footage of an attacker yelling, “Allahu Akbar!†The cry means “God is the greatest†and is a common Islamist phrase. BBC reports that following the stabbing, the attacker was shot and held."
CNN: At least two people have been killed and six others hospitalized in a stabbing attack in the Finnish city of Turku on Friday, state broadcaster YLE reported.
Three people are now undergoing surgery, YLE reports, citing hospital sources.
Police earlier shot and arrested a suspect after the stabbing in the southwestern city and said they were searching for other possible perpetrators."
