MORE than a third of us would happily have sex with a robot – and 40% would not consider they were cheating on their partner.

But, oddly, people told a survey they'd be disgusted to discover one of their pals had been getting horny with a cyborg.

The raunchy fantasies mirror robotic romances in TV thriller Westworld, where holidaymakers lived out their dreams in a theme park full of automatons.

Expert Prof Noel Sharkey, said: "We're still a long way off that technical sophistication, but dolls are being used in the adult entertainment industry so we can expect robots to join them soon.”

The news comes after a brothel in Vienna, Austria, revealed that sex doll Fanny is more popular with punters than her human rival.

She has become a top-selling prostitute at Kontakthof, and other brothels are now rushing to include sex dolls on their lists of services.

Peter Laskaris, who operates two brothels in Vienna, said that although life-like dolls from Japan "cost up to 7,000 euros (£6,382) it is "obviously a trendy sex fetish" which other brothels must also follow.

Right. Does this mean 60% of people consider plunking a robot as cheating?

What if you told your partner then?

Would you care if your wife said she was going to get reamed by a big black cyborg?

That's not cheating, and I would have the same reaction to someone telling me.

Most women think sperm is on tap just long enough for them to fulfill their reproductive destiny, after which it is supposed to dry up rendering any male a money producing gelded slave in perpetuity. After that, any sex the man may want is just icky and disgusting.

Deviate from that agenda, then the sucker man is divorce-able for half his pile, all the better.

Women would have to convince men to invest in a child with them,you'd see teamwork for raising children based on other things than 'love' BS.

Their argument, like dungeons and dragons, porn, and video games, centers on actual inanimate objects increasing prostitution (which should be legal), violence, and abuse. Reality: These things are either neutral or greatly reduce it.
