Topless female soccer fan, 23, is arrested after refusing to put her top back on after flashing 7-year-old boy

Rose M. Picklo was charged Monday in Hennepin County District Court with indecent exposure in front of a child

Police say the 23-year-old exposed her bare breasts to a seven-year-old boy and others during a soccer game at TCF Stadium

Picklo was released from jail two days after her arrest on $1,000 bond

She said: 'I don't remember a whole lot about what happened'

She added that she was on 'her third beer' at the time 'a little bit typsy'

Anti-nudity laws are unconstitutional. That said, businesses should have the right to demand people leave who do not meet a minimum dress code because the alternative is losing their other patrons. The nudity itself should not criminal.
