You merely have the option as a human being to do it if you please, just like alcohol in your state. You can drink yourself to death or you can abstain from touching it. You have a brain and you can choose.

You can buy alcohol, drugs, guns... only a matter of time before you can buy sex and slaves again. CA fail again.

Yes, the ability to buy guns and alcohol/marijuana always leads to the ability to buy slaves lol
For the record, I don’t smoke marijuana and don’t intend to buy it.
But outlawing it and filling up prisons for marijuana offenses is a travesty.
