This is a very tired narrative.
Partisans from each side believe they are superior. How is calling someone a baby killer, a freak, or posting memes stating that when one grows up and leans how life works, they become a Republican any different?
This forum is about 90% Trump, FOX news, and Breitbart propaganda. It's become a fact free zone for the most part.
I challenge you to take a step back and read this forum and count the insults lobbied by Trump supporters. Hell, your title is meant to be an insult by calling any non-Trump supporter a leftist. That's the new talking point...

The MSM/left is calling anyone who disagrees "alt-right", which they conflate with "white nationalist" and therefore anyone who disagrees is called a racist. Remember when they called Bernie supporters racist? Perhaps the left is just better at this bigotry game. Regardless of the reason, their bigoted voices get FAR more reach and widespread acceptance. This is a huge problem for our country.
Our discourse has gone terribly bigoted, and is coming overwhelmingly from the left. Have you watched any late night shows, or awards ceremonies lately? Did you pay attention to the mountain of propaganda regarding the parkland shooting? The left refuses to admit that wrongthinkers even mean well.

Accusing others of being child killers for disagreeing about gun rights -OR- suggesting disagreement can only stem from ignorance or racism or both. This form of bigotry is so deeply rooted into the psyche of the left that it becomes almost impossible to discuss a political topic w/o letting these direct personal attacks slip.
Our forum has become an interesting case study in the leftists psychology. It is the product of $billions worth of propaganda blasting soft minds with news, and nonstop Hollywood bigotry against wrongthink. The Nazi's would be jealous of the righteousness seen in today's left, and even more jealous of the glee with which the left today enacts its fascist, anti-wrongthink agenda
