I support doing away with most housing regulation in California so developers can build as much as makes sense financially. I'm certain my policies would solve the housing problem in short order. I'm a developer by trade. Cheers, Zoltan

A book about Transhumanism just won a very prestigious award from The Welcome Trust

I just started reading it and it is very well written. The author is actually neutral about the subject but does a very good job of explaining it.
