That's NYT's take. He's actually doing what they're supposed to do since 1660 and I love her phony outrage.

That's not losing his cool, I would have gave her the butt of my riffle against the back of her head. And still not lost my cool. "Pardon Me Miss, the Palace Guards are not Toy things, please read and obey the signs."
