I'm old enough to have spent my formative (late teens and early 20s) during pre-aids post sexual revolution times. I didn't have much game, and certainly wasn't an alpha (or an alpha pretender - partly what that red pill advice is about).
In those days being fairly good looking and sexually experienced (and desired by other women) was enough. And hate to tell you, but even the hottest women would fool around with guys based on superficial considerations, and attractions.
And while I agree there is something to the red pill advice, especially about not being walked on and that women won't like you if your a pussy, I think it's far more complicated, especially when you're young. When you're young, being decent looking, sexually experienced, and having "chemistry" supersedes everything else. Just those three things are going to have women coming back, when you're young, even if you are somewhat of a "beta" guy. I certainly was. But I was confident becasue of experience.
AS for now, I am a single older guy now. And that's an entirely different conversation.

Second, never apologize to any woman. Apologies are like mewling "please like me, please". That is instant death for any attraction she might have had for you. Game over. There might be some truly exceptional circumstance that warrants an apology, like accidentally physically injuring her, but they are very rare.
Third, practice talking to good looking women, all the time, everywhere you run into them. Saying hello is enough at first. Just keep at it and you'll see how they respond in very predictable ways to what you say and do. Learn about body language and eye contact and use that knowledge. Women are not at all mysterious. They just want you to believe they are.
The things you can start on immediately, all of which will get you much more respect and sexual attraction from women:
* grow a beard if you can
* lift weights, get as strong as possible
* buy a gun and learn to use it (bonus points if you've been in the military)
* earn as much money as possible
* travel the world, learn a foreign language or two
* seek leadership positions inside work and out of it, women love men with power above all else
