Remember that time Trump went to France and Macron planed the perfect spot on a grassy knoll for a sniper assassin in the Normandy Memorial Cemetery but Trump got wise to it, and postponed the visit a day. And it enraged all of the Globalists that spend hundreds of Millions planning and sanctioning the hit?

Any rich folk care to admit they got at least a LITTLE bit of a chill watching "Joker" over the weekend? I expect David Letterman did.
My poster for this thread back in February was from the cover of "A Farewell to Kings" from Hugh Syme in '77. Neil Peart was alluding to the French Revolution as well. He knew it was human nature, and not just the pissed peasants of Paris that drove July 14, 1789.
The Clown King still has a smile on his face in the picture, but I suspect that it was painted-on.

STILL Ongoing. There's protests in this vein multiple times a week, never with less than a few thousand at a time. Biggest Media ignore campaign of the past year or so.

It’s not just the yellow vests. This has been on my mind for a long while.
Is it just me, or does something inexplicable tell me that a new Bastille Day is coming?
This time, it won’t just be the French who get the close-up view in the public square. If it had been up to the bad-ass rabble that took to the streets that day, France would never have surrendered to the Germans. You can see the defiance in the eyes of the yellow vest protesters. It’s the rich and powerful who toss their powdered wigs and run when the tide finally turns.
The richest in our time have been enjoying their own form of socialism for too long. All the while calling it free capitalism. Even their economists don’t understand the derivative maths smoke screen they threw up to disguise the fleecing of the masses.
It’s a brand new Bastille Day for the Information Age, and as periodically happens, the poor have been left with little to lose.
