People fleeing to Florida, Texas, South Carolina.

Almost twice as much to leave California for Texas than Vice-Versa:

When you bring a U-Haul back to California, you do the company a favor, so another Middle Class family can leave for Texas.

They now advertise Ilinois in BART.

They should move to Illinois. It is nice, great new laws:

So what happens when they get these things to court, and it is easy to demonstrate Covid has never been isolated or cultured, there are no samples available for research, and the PCR tests used to diagnose it were panned by the Nobel Prize winner who invented the technology?

Uh huh, and when, exactly, are they going to get these things to court?

What's a middle class person to do. Plundered by the fraudulent fecal impaction Guv on top and by the deputized rabble on the bottom.

Also part of destabilization campaigns: Reduce prosecution of criminals and let NON-political, violent criminals out.

Illinois and New Jersey have same credit ratings which are near junk bond levels.

Its been downhill since 2008 (great recession) for Illinois.

Have to say while likely far more dangerous, Chicago was quite much cleaner than SF. Had a decent time at the mile recently, could be a great city without pricker and lightfoot and leftoids/demonrats

I LOVED the city (Chicago), but it legitimately is dangerous as fuck. Even in the tourist areas now. SF might be dirtier, but the criminal element in Chicago is no fucking joke. The decline is sad.

I've legit been on probably 60-70% of the blocks in Chicago. I would dress down and drive a shitty car in my last 3-4 years working there. Cops are killing themselves and retiring early to get out. Going on a cruise in January with two of them for a 40th birthday (bunch of those lately) so I'll get some time to pick their brains. They can leave at 48 I believe and they're out asap when that time hits. They'll do a suburban gig.

The decline of cities I think is way worse than most people realize. It's not just CA, IL, NY, NJ. It's any major citiy.

The US is declining. Our large cities are just the tumors of a bigger problem.

The decline of the cities is programmed. The Soros Fecal Impaction Foundation have deputized the most corrupt and lowest echelon freaks, tribal warlords and pidgins to be in charge. The cities are becoming post apocalyptic computer games.

Anecdote herewith:
I was in Juno beach Florida CVS buying stuff that I can't easily find in Baja California Sur Mexico.
I mentioned my destination to the young cashier.
An older woman behind me said "I know those places you mentioned, we also went to Coronado island."
"Are you from San Diego?"
"No, *Malibu*."

..."...SACRAMENTO, Calif. —
A group of people not affiliated with John F. Kennedy High School entered a classroom to attack a student, the Sacramento City Unified School District said Thursday afternoon.

About six people, which the school district said most — if not all — were adults, came onto the campus around 2:20 p.m. without permission. At least two of them entered a classroom and attacked a female student using pepper spray...."...

The significance of someone from Malibu in Juno Beach is even rich California people are leaving and going to Florida.
Nobody who lives in Malibu has a money problem.

Honestly I'm liking IL more as people flee if that makes sense. We have great community, friends and neighbors. We were up till 3am last night (well this morning) hanging out with people we never knew until we lived here. That sense of community is fucking dead in the cities for sure and is creeping into the suburbs.

I think our final transition in life will be fuck everyone and just get a 2k acre ranch in Montana or somewhere similar. Or an island house in the Caribbean and get to know that community better. Good people from our experiences.

The intesting thing is that the large Florida migration is largely older people who escaped the NorthEast. Texas has younger people moving in and seeking jobs.

An idiot. Per capita IL is getting destroyed and I love it. Get these fuckers out of here. The state is becoming better. IL is not a bad place, just bad politicians.

Population Drops Even More in California, San Francisco Bay Area, Coastal Southern California. San Francisco -8% from Peak! But 19 Inland Counties Grow

by Wolf Richter • Mar 30, 2023

Where is demand for homes supposed to come from when the population keeps dropping like this? ...

I’m going to look at this with an eye on the housing market because these shifts are already having an impact, with the San Francisco Bay Area being one of the worst housing markets in the country with some of the steepest price declines, and with home prices in coastal southern California also getting hit.

Between April 1, 2020 and July 1, 2022, California’s population dropped by 508,900 people, to 39.03 million, below where the population had been in 2016. The uptick in 2020 was due to the adjustment based on the 2020 Population Census:

I posted in the thread Newsom ads against Florida about how Newsom is now attacking Florida for being "authoritarian"

I guess "authoritarian" means anti-over regulation, anti high gas and electricity prices, anti-high taxes, anti-Woke indoctrination, pro-liberty, and anti-open border.

Just saw Facebook workers returning to the office in California. Other tech companies and major companies likely will do the same.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++

https://gizmodo.com/meta-instagram-remote-work-work-from-home-facebook-1850287137

The days of work-from-home could be dwindling for Meta employees. Hiring managers at the tech giant are reportedly no longer able to list jobs as remote as the company seemingly abandons its easy breezy work-from-home policy.

As detailed by Insider, the hiring manager directive is only one example of Meta seemingly abandoning the remote work flexibility that made working for Big Tech so appealing even after the height of the covid-19 pandemic. Meta also allegedly removed the line “Remote roles are now available in the US, Canada, and Europe, and we’ll continue to add more roles in more locations as they become available” from its job listing page. Meta CEO and co-founder Mark Zuckerberg also mentioned a return-to-office push in a letter to employees shared on Facebook on March 14.
