Tucker Carlson has just dropped a bombshell about Jeffrey Epstein’s mysterious death.

Epstein had been arrested on sex trafficking charges and was awaiting trial but was found dead in his jail cell while in custody in New York City.

The video cameras weren’t working, they claim, so no visual evidence exists.

When the Journal reached out to Chomsky for comment, the linguist had some choice words.

"First response is that it is none of your business. Or anyone's. Second is that I knew him and we met occasionally," Chomsky, 94, told the Journal in an email.

Epstein's meetings with Chomsky appear to have taken place in 2015 and 2016, according to the Journal. Epstein was first charged with procuring minors for prostitution and registered as a sex offender in 2008.

In March 2015, Epstein scheduled meetings with Chomsky and a Harvard University professor, the Journal reported. Chomsky confirmed for the paper that there were several meetings where they discussed various topics.

The Journal reported that months later, according to the calendar, Epstein scheduled a flight with Chomsky and his wife for a planned dinner with movie director Woody Allen and his wife, Soon-Yi Previn, who is also the adopted daughter of his ex-partner, Mia Farrow.

"If there was a flight, which I doubt, it would have been from Boston to New York, 30 minutes," Chomsky told the Journal. "I'm unaware of the principle that requires that I inform you about an evening spent with a great artist."

Chomsky said he discussed politics and academics in his meetings with Epstein. Epstein donated at least $850,000 between 2002 and 2017 to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where Chomsky taught for decades.

"What was known about Jeffrey Epstein was that he had been convicted of a crime and had served his sentence," Chomsky told the Journal about his meetings. "According to U.S. laws and norms, that yields a clean slate."

The U.S.’s largest bank had moved to dismiss the cases arguing that the bank had no relationship with the victims. But yesterday the judge disagreed, writing “If the allegations in plaintiffs’ complaints are taken as true, Mr. Staley had actual first-hand knowledge that Epstein conducted a sex-trafficking venture.”

Uh oh. Worse, documents show Mr. Staley was a regular guest at Epstein’s sex island.

All three lawsuits, including one brought by the U.S. Virgin Islands, are scheduled for trial this year. Stay tuned.

I wanted to know at 30, I really had an inflection point there. Did I want to know, or did I want to go down the ignorance is bliss path? I know now, I reject ignorance. I delved into the most awful things. I talk about war a lot, I oppose it. Everybody would oppose it if they simply understood, but they don't, and they can't comprehend it.

I've done what I can. People have been notified as best I can without identifying myself. I can't risk my family. You understand that's how they gain leverage. My kids and family come first. If I was Snowden with no kids or wife that's a different story. I could deal without talking to my parents, in-laws, sibling, family etc. the rest of my life and chilling in Russia. I'm not single with no kids.
