He is the guy that oversaw these criminals.

There should be a law against lofty names disguising corrupt practices. FISA should be the "Patriot Act Constitutional Abrogation Rubber Stamp" court. The so-called judges have easy sleazy appointments for partisan or unconstitutional bureaucratic acts. As is per usual usual, the asshole judge only screamed AFTER the court was caught and exposed.
