How? Wouldn't it have to be a physical attack (not cyber) on the infrastructure? Multiple locations? My understanding is that our ATC is archaic and may actually be of benefit in a situation like now. While it's all linked, I don't think it's an actual possibility to take the entire system down from a single point of attack.

I mean we lost one of the Chicago regional centers here in Aurora (I believe busiest in the country) a couple years back because of some suicidal dip shit started the place on fire, but life went on. Sure there were delays, but to shut ATC entirely down would require nuclear attacks. Ain't happening. And I have to fly Tuesday, so don't fuck with my vacation.
