But then the next day, you feel perfectly fine again. Many may have it the full course, and never even suspect that they have it.
Everyone is out and about with it, either oblivious to the fact, or don't give three shits that they have it.

The previous variants, when people had it, they were too out of sorts, to be out in public with it, everyone could spot them a mile away as being sick.
