I don't know why it surprised you that I wrote that.
I coined the sentiment, that we need a Domestic Economic Policy that will take about 10 back water towns, and slate them to grow as big as the Miami Metro Dade area.
The Job boom that it would create nation wide would wipe out our national debt and give us a surplus in less than 10 years. There would be so much new desirable housing stock, i.e. new houses starts in areas with established jobs. That all of the over crowded Cities would experience a mass exodus of displaced Renters that want to be home owners but are forced to pay over inflated rents. Houses in those areas would crater over night, the investors would dump them creating an even bigger housing glut and inventory in those areas. We would return to people living in a Large city because they chose to, not because it's the only game in the whole country.

There would be so much work illegal immigration wouldn't even be a thought.

And if you think my 10 year turn around remark above was hyperbole, I ask you to remember the year of 1992. H. W. Bush was the President while the country saw nationwide disasters and calamities. 7 States in the midwest had historic 100 year floods, that did trillions of property damage, and Hurricane Andrew destroyed a large swath of South Florida. The resulting building boom lasted all the way through Clintons final years, and he finished office with a budget surplus. Which G.W. Bush promptly squandered.

There's been natural disasters since but not as wide spread as 1992. And another thing that has happened since 1992, in 1992, H. W. Bush allowed Americas Tradesmen to do all of the rebuilding. The subsequent years, Halliburton got all of the no bid contracts to rebuild and used 100% guest Mexican Labor.
And the fucking Liberal Cock Suckers wonder why despise Liberals and the Mexicans they used to replace our once great guild of skilled craftsmen, tradesmen and middle class workforce.
