All of the Scumbag Presidents that needed to be impeached have never been brought to charges. While every single instance where impeachment has been used, it's been nothing more than a Political ploy to get rid of a President, sorry sad sacks in Congress couldn't out class. It's nothing more than a vindictive petty ploy for Scumbags to waste billions of our tax dollars on.

The American people need to impeach via the vote process.

And we need to end the boogieman canard that each party likes to use, saying "IF so and so gets elected he will install himself as the life long president or dictator and not allow the next election. "

Change the Constitution to say any President that refuses elections to leave, can legally be assassinated. He might rig his cabinet and DOJ and get people to protect him from removal. But he can't be protected from the open season on a Dictator.
