My parents felt they had an obligation. Both my parents I've eked out had a terrible childhood. My siblings say they had great ones, but who would admit they didn't?

You're probably too young to remember that you set the tone of your relationship with your parents in your first 3 to 5 years.
Some toddlers are petty spiteful assholes in the making. All of the stuff you broke out of spite and anger when you didn't get your way. Perhaps your siblings were easier to sort out at that age. So they developed a more cohesive bond with their parents.

My two adult daughters were the most easy going, no fuss, no muss kids anyone could have ever had. I felt like I won the kids lottery with those two. I adopted 3 babies back to back, due to unforeseen circumstances. And let me tell you, the difference in those three kids and my first two kids are night and day. I used to think my Dad was a miserable asshole cantankerous curmudgeon, but after these three kids. It got me reminiscing about my actions as a child. I too was a rough row to hoe. It took those kids for me reconcile the fact that my Dad did do a great job in raising me. And all of the discipline I got was my own doing, not because he was a big fat meanie. Actually I liked my teen years with my father better than my early childhood. Once I mellowed out and became someone he could communicate with. We did more together. I have some fond bonding memories of us in my teens. That took these three Little Rascals to jog my memory how my childhood really was. It wasn't as bad as I remembered it was for years. And all of the crap I resented my father for in my childhood was really my own doing.

This. Most men develop a better relationship with their Dad as they grow from boys to men, understanding that discipline is necessary and how hard a tantruming child can be on their hard working parents, especially the Dad as womyn are used to drama, causing a lot themselves. Asswhoopings are necessary

Also most toddlers and young boys these days are socially inept and completely misbehaved, can't take them anywhere unless you want to be the asshole and make the hosts suffer. Plenty of times where I have advised a parent to give their kid a good spanking or remove them from my vicinity. Thee parents don't do their kids any favor, they ruin their future by making them unsociable. You need both the good and the hard times to mature

Some parents are not bad but naive or lack of skills trying to make the kid happy ALL the time and miss the opportunity for the kid to learn very important values in time and put him/her on a wrong path inadvertently irrespective of their financial status in my simple observation around. Life is short, karma very likely bites back to address all the bad deeds.

I had a similar experience. I thought my dad was awful until later when I realized he was actually a great dad.

I am half way through the show. I recall seeing the photo a long time ago but thought nothing more about it. I am sad to hear that it ended so badly.

@thenuttyneutron

How are you watching it? What service?
99   thenuttyneutron   2024 May 4, 2:18pm

@Patrick, I have an account on my Roku for Peacock. It was up this afternoon when I looked.

A post from Ten Pound Bass was read aloud during the show. I kind of wonder what they would have thought about AF's rants.

haven't watched the show yet. Kids "should" make an adult a better person though. From your rants here I actually do appreciate that you didn't have kids for what that's worth if you even take it as a compliment.

I actually do take this as a compliment.

It is anguish and misery for me to see and to understand the horror people inflict on one another. I can shoulder this, I would never wish to inflict this on another person. I would not shield a child from my knowledge

In my 30s I wanted to truly understand this world, I was smart and arrogant and thought I could surmount anything. If you truly understand the world, it's devastating.

I don't know if the people who run the world are either stupid or evil. I think they may be evil. If they are evil, I cannot seem to prevent it. I cannot seem to prevent them from making what we are told are mistakes if they are merely stupid.

300,000 dead in Ukraine, easily preventable. I was very stupid to dare to look. I really know what it means to stare into the abyss.

If the public could know, I have an obsessive faith they would stop it. We've made the most powerful informational and research tool ever made, I thought we'd end this once nobody was limited. I was wrong about that. I was hoping humanity was better, they are not.

I'll leave this world with people that can be happy with it. I honestly wish them the best. I'm unsatisfied with it to put it very lightly.

I won't give up still. I can't change anything but you are worse, you refuse to see the problem. All the information in the world in front of you right now, and I mean you have access to it at this exact moment, you won't look. You are terribly cruel. It's easy to fix, if you would look. I've done the hard part, you won't even do the easy part.

Are you just prolonging misery? Why does nobody ask this?

Have kids, that's your programming. Nobody deals with the world, they just shove it off for the next generation so it just continues

How criminal do our authorities have to become before you see it, much less revolt? Your children will deal with your inaction and it's not just yours

I am torn between being a predator and a helper. It's so easy to be absolutely evil intellectually. Want to make a social media company? The job to be successful is to monitor the public to exploit them, and abuse all knowledge you gain, prevent open communication, steer the topic toward what the state wants. Who is the state? A psychopathic murderer that creates war for profit, for murder.

You thankfully cannot see this and even if you can you will not show your children so they will remain ignorant and helpless to prevent it. It's a torture to see the world as it really is. You're such a a primitive species. You can all be so much better.

Have some respect for the truth.

I'm not replying to this comment, but there is a tremendous burden of being accurate and truthful.

You seem to have no respect for this, therefore, you must have never had this burden. I'm a small minority in society. Help us

When has truth and honesty ever hurt us in society? I know when lies have have harmed us. Step up.

You have no respect for giving accurate information. Have some respect. You have no concept as to how frustrating you are to me posting Benjamin Fulford's nonsense and other garbage. Passing on bullshit is as detrimental as creating it

Sounded like Patrick.net! The woman was dumb enough to post something more personal (picture(s)!) and left a printout next to the printer!! Not sure that it was intentional or not. Husband might have seen it on the same day! In either case murdering wife is 100% wrong if that was the case.

All love and thoughts with Turtledove, but they really should have read an AF rant about Yams.
109   GNL   2024 May 4, 10:09pm

Let me get this straight

Turtle dove lost a bet and posted photos of her tits and then left evidence of it somewhere her husband ended up seeing it and then he killed for showing pictures of her tits online? Did I get that right?

That is what it looks like for the most part on that day! Also, (2 years before!) she was contemplating making (lot of) money out of things like 'survivor' where she admits have to do some "crazy" things! No one knows exactly what else was going on...

Was expecting this. They gave it a lot of mentions, many more than expected. Also surprisingly they treated it pretty fairly @Patrick, calling it "conservatively leaning". Gotta give props. And the Patrick and the 10 lbs basser are famous now! Though in a sad context, but what do they say about publicity...

No, it's just the opposite! The TV drones just could bear to admit it though.

She promised to show her tits if Trump go the Republican nomination. That's not "losing" a bet, it's celebrating a win of something she hoped for.

Site got really slow three times, apparently during the show. Here's every nginx hit's latency plotted over a few days:

I expect that when patrick.net was mentioned, a flood of people hit it all at once, overwhelming the database temporarily.
119   Tenpoundbass   2024 May 5, 10:08am

The nice thing about my profile is, they wont have to read the threads. They will get red pilled just from reading the titles.
120   Ceffer   2024 May 5, 10:12am

The typical dazed and confused, LibbyFucks will log in, get memed, throw up, and leave. They'll need five days of round the clock propaganda just to get their pretty little heads equilibrated again.
121   Patrick   2024 May 5, 10:13am

@Tenpoundbass You were mentioned during the trial as well.

Twice I've asked for a transcript of my testimony, but the DA people who got me there to testify don't seem interested in helping me get that. I think they have moved on.

Maybe I need to write the court directly.
122   Tenpoundbass   2024 May 5, 10:17am

From this thread, I guess it was Strategist that called me up trying to treat me like a potential suspect.
He asked me why I typed "God Damn It!" upon hearing of her "accident" as it was first reported.
Strategist lied to me, and said someone at Patnet tipped him off, to call me. But now it's evident that he was here and most likely tried to ensnare Patnet members, because of our political leanings. What a scumbag.

I welcome those viewers to come read my profile and digest every thread I ever wrote here. Those Dateline pickle heads will rue the day they mentioned my moniker.

Twice I've asked for a transcript of my testimony,

My recollection is that in typical lawyer excessive taxation way, double spaced large print copies of transcripts from the transcription services are dollars a page. You can demand a copy to take away and read, and then take it to a copy store to copy the parts you want.
