We only get to see the bits and pieces that they want us to see. Then people start emoting about the "tragedy". Why was he arrested? Where were they walking him. Why couldn't the dude walk without falling? Did he fall on purpose because he didn't want to go where they were taking him.

No, we won't. It'll be another Epstein-esque, fill in the blanks conspiracy theory with cover ups and head fakes.
He was probably intoxicated on a cocktail of alcohol and substances. Word is he wasn't asphyxiated, but possibly stressed to a heart attack in his impaired condition with the stuff he had on board. When you see users really juiced on speed and coke, they can look like they are ready to pop out of their skins and have a stroke. Their blood pressure and pulse are already usually skyrocketing, and strokes/heart attacks aren't that uncommon in the heavy users, especially as they get older.
Of course, the riots appear now by all accounts to be tindered on purpose by the usual shadow forces.
