Where do you think the 'blue blood' term comes from?
The kids born with silver spoons, would develop a type of blue hue as a result of ingesting unbounded silver.
All and all, since Garlic's Allicin is available in the UK (& US), as Allisure, I wouldn't recommend any metal, outside of trace minerals, when Allicin doesn't result in a skin discoloration as well as metal toxicity since it takes a lot of Allicin to kill a person.
