I still don't know anyone that got Corona Virus, and now I'm in the biggest hotspot in the US.

My daughter's friend claims her 60 somthingish father got it, he was hospitalized for a day and let out, and was totally over it three days later.
I'm' calling bullshit on this new round, Corona Virus lasts 3 weeks, and in some cases we saw it being hyped as lasting for months. Now it's a quick 2 or 3 day affair.
Hmmmm about just like how a Summer Cold comes and goes. This guy was over 60 and was supposed to die, or at least linger on suffering for weeks on weeks.
They can't keep changing the definition, when did America become so Gullible. Democrats are Gullible stupid mother fuckers ain't they?

During a Monday interview on FNC’s “Fox & Friends,” Republican National Committee (RNC) chair Ronna McDaniel touted the GOP’s surging voter registration.

According to McDaniel, the GOP has “registered more voters than the entire 2016 cycle.” She also pointed out that presumptive 2020 Democratic presidential nominee former Vice President Joe Biden’s operation “has not been existent.”

“It’s not a surprise to me, Brian, because we have been building up our ground game for the past year, ” McDaniel told host Brian Kilmeade. “We have had people in all of these battleground states. We have the highest staff that we have ever had, and we have activated over a million volunteers. And the Biden operation has not been existent. So, the second the pandemic hit, we went completely virtual. We haven’t lost a step, and we’ve continued to do voter [registration]. And we’ve registered more voters already than we did in the entire 2016 cycle.”

McDaniel also discussed the upcoming Republican National Convention in Florida, which has seen an uptick in coronavirus cases after reopening the economy. She said the RNC will continue to monitor the situation and intends to “put the safety and the health of the convention-goers first.”

My sister and niece just got it a week ago. Mild flu at best. She said she was sicker with whatever flu came through at the beginning of the year.

Neither do I, people everywhere scared to death. I see people wearing masks when by themselves in their car.

Not sure I'd be able to differentiate it from the effects of the previous night's drinking.

For perspective I was thinking about the other ways to die lately in Santa Cruz.
Since Wuhan panic began, I’m counting.
1. 1 fatal shark bite
2. 2 murders
3. 1 Fatal car crash
4. Fentanyl overdoses (?) In 2019 there were 17 dead.
5. 3 dead from the Wuhan virus.
Yet, the dimwit talking heads won’t stop spreading FUD and panic.

I can't be sure I had it without a positive test or antibody test but in Feb (New Jersey), I tutored twice at a home where the 2 parents (work in New York) were coughing out a lung and bedridden. They were both very ill. The 17 year old son, nothing. 6 days later (a Friday), I have a fever, no appetite, I consume zero calories the entire weekend. But, I felt fine and went through a normal weekend routine. I went back to teach that Monday. Many of my students tested positive for antibodies. That week, my wife got the fever, no appetite, the shits. Again, lasts for 3 days. Doesn't hinder her at all. She goes for a run on day 4 and within 200 ft, is gasping for breath. She took 2 days off and nothing. My kids never got it, despite the fact that they were in constant contact.

All the checkboxes match up. And if it was it, it was the least hindering illness I've contracted in 10 years. The common cold is more annoying. I understand that others react differently, but to expect half the population to shelter in place or shut down their businesses when we know exactly who the at risk cohort is, that's insanity.

There is no virus resurgence, there is just a 'Even Faker News About Covid' resurgence.
