That is, they could only get donations from other orgs that don't take more than 1% (trivial) amounts from overseas orgs or people. That should include people with multiple citizenships, if they want to donate freely they have to renounce their other citizenships like Mexico and even the UK (sorry, Soros).

All of these types of positions and organizations are always full of leftists because right-wingers have no interest in that line of work.
