It would also be great if political advocacy orgs couldn't receive ANY overseas funding, including indirectly. That is, they could only get donations from other orgs that don't take more than 1% (trivial) amounts from overseas orgs or people. That should include people with multiple citizenships, if they want to donate freely they have to renounce their other citizenships like Mexico and even the UK (sorry, Soros).
All of these types of positions and organizations are always full of leftists because right-wingers have no interest in that line of work. Being individualists instead of collectivists, people on the right typically don't have the desire to control other people. I know I frankly don't care what other people do or believe, as long as they don't harm others or try to force their beliefs on others.
I'm realizing now that this is serious weakness for the right. If the right doesn't start caring enough to get into politics, education, and other left-wing dominated organizations, we're going to be steamrolled by this system until it results in a shooting war.
I think that's why History repeats the Boom Bust cycles of Full Bore Caligula to Puritan Zealots. When we care enough to give a fuck, we really go overboard. Everything is either a horse whipping offense or a hanging offense, and if you're really bad, burn the Witch at the Stake. After 50 years of that, there's usually centuries of kinder gentler respectful people, where two things you DON'T discuss around polite company. Politics and Religion. That wont bode well for Twitter.
