Even before being subdued, he complains that he cannot get into the police car because he is claustrophobic and cannot breathe, He continues to claim that he cannot breathe, which happens when you OD on fentanyl, when being subdued. He dies, possibly OD'ing.

These children are not able to be held responsible for their actions. They lack agency. The professor appears to be spot on.

I just don't think judges want to deal with blacks. They generally have little or no money. What's the point in locking them up at some point? They just won't pay anything to anyone. I don't know the crime for the white guy, but generally they can get money from somewhere.
