No if he refuses to release his list of SCOTUS Picks. Then any potential Biden supporter will be powerless to defend it when Trump supporters tell them.

I have already flipped about 5 Democrats this year. In spite of the deep brainwashing to be a Democrat no matter what. They can't deny all of the pro Commie and Pro Islam leanings in the neo Liberals running on the Blue tickets. This would clinch it for them.

I've learned you can't attack the Liberal ideology, it just enrages them. Instead you have point out how the Left has been hijacked by Marxists and Extreme Islamic values.
You have to corner them and get them to admit if they would mind if America was fully taken over by Communist rule(you may have to educate them what Communism is, and show them the parallel how they come into power, and our current power struggle), or if they would mind if America fell under Sharia law. And if they answer yes to any of it, then they have to admit, that they know projecting those oppressive traits on Trump is pure propaganda and horse shit. Just stick with the hypocrisy describe above, don't attack the Education system, the politicians, and professors, BLM and ANTIFA other than to draw parallel in talking about how fascist regimes actually take hold. They don't come about by organic populist Candidates. Even Hitler wasn't a populist organic candidate. He sent hordes of disenfranchised youth out into the streets to beat the shit out of any public opposition. After they marginalized the Police and had them defunded.

Now Trump has created a new Tradition, "Release your potential SCOTUS picks". Something Joe Biden thus far has failed to do. And that is starting to scare people, what has he got to hide. That's more scary than any potential tax cheating. Our whole tax code is nothing but one big ole set of instructions on how to cheat on your taxes legally. Most tax evasion cases are people who did not claim money they made. Not tax form process errors. 98% of the time, if/when the IRS catches those, you are made to refile an amended tax return, and pay the penalties and interest due.
But your SCOTUS pick will affect generations for long after your gone. That is important. The Left now is going to try to block Trump's next SCOTUS pick, and if Biden doesn't release his SCOTUS picks. The Dems will have a hard time claiming moral high road in demanding the Senate not vote on it. And if he does, and he has some real monsters on his List. The Senate and Trump will have the might of the full electorate behind them to get it done.
It's shaping up to be a bang bang shoot em up, rounding the finish line Election season.
