Part of why they are obsolete is the country has adopted many of Dem (and Libertarian) social policies, mainly gay marriage and legal abortion. Women and minorities are not disenfranchised. Now the Dems are fighting for LGBTX all the way to legalizing pedophilia, plus hammering the working class by flooding the country with illegals, being pro-shutdown and riots, and protecting major sponsor China from tariffs and and responsibility for Covid.
