Worked in the industry, not as an agent as a manager of an office, though I have my license. 100% of them lie. If all the physical work you had to do was enter letters and numbers into a database (MLS), talk on the phone all day and make potentially $10-20k+ a deal you'd do some shady shit.
NEVER trust a female agent either. If you're going to work with one, always pick a dude 98% of the time. Or if you know your shit about buildings and their condition and know how to negotiate, then sure, go find a hottie agent to open the door for you and if you're single probably get in her pants.
