I can't believe that Obama's brightest and smartest Green Energy morons, never ever once realized the science of creating a pressure variation by utilizing a breeze way, or a tall wall perpendicular to the sun, to create brisk breezes where no wind normally blows in hot stagnate climates.
Instead they set up huge salad choppers out in a vast open vista, inviting all bird species to fly into it. And when the wind quit blowing, the production shuts down.
I have a breezeway on my property, that the wind is always blowing even when there's no wind in the surrounding area.
At my job, the building faces East, and after 12pm when you step out into the shadow, it will blow a hat off your head. Step out of the shadow of the building, and there's not a breeze to be felt.
