I still think that's problematic since the rules weren't agreed upon before, but if fraud is clearly proven on a large enough scale there should be a new election. The only way to get out of this. Please note that AZ is still in play, Trump is performing to either flip or get very close to it, that's why I assume they are ratcheting up GA and PA slowly but surely since they may need it. The only way to save this election is to harvest all ballots, check watermarks and do a full recount, otherwise new election.
542   mell   2020 Nov 5, 2:29pm

Also next election, if your ballot doesn't arrive when the in person polls close, it won't be counted. And start counting all ballots mixed at the same time once the polls are closed in your state. Shouldn't take more than 12 hours max, have people work around the clock, don't fucking break til the next day, what shite is this? There are plenty of professions that have night shifts.

Fuck this shit. It's time to man up.

Enough of the "Don't you know you're commiting a crime? Don't you know it's wrong to send my family to re-education camps?"

Have the state legislatures in PA, AZ, GA, and maybe MI nominate the electors for Trump.

At some point if the choice is between nominating Trump electors due to an apparently fraudulent election, or simply accepting the fraud and nominating Biden Electors, go to the matresses and do the unusual but Constitutional thing.

You know states don't even have to have Presidential Elections, they can just nominate. The fact that their party was elected to the state majority is enough public consent.

I like that but that won't be happening. They should have been ready with DHS agents sweeping in and seizing all ballots, checking them for fraud. You make a few clear cut cases and the state result where the fraud happened is basically invalidated.

I hope this time it goes to SCOTUS too. It's pretty much inevitable, no matter who wins the count.

Yeah but that was much easier - this is a quagmire. Depending on which team you're in you want some to keep counting (faster) and others to stop ;)
548   MisdemeanorRebel   2020 Nov 5, 3:10pm

Rarely disagree Mel.

"The state legislature of PA has no confidence in the sanctity of the election, or in the very strong partisanship previously expressed by the state AG, governor, and sec of state.

Therefore, we appoint an independent investigator, and will hereby go by the in person voting results of election day. We hereby assign all our Electors to vote Donald J. Trump"

Here's what we know

1. No matter what happens, even if Trump was found to have the majority popular AND electoral college majority, they'd delegitimize him with some narrative.
2. It's time to make them be reactive and off kilter
3. The election was stolen, and such a firm response is more likely to prevent it again, rather than resetting everything and doing the High Ground thing (IMHO)

In 2000, it was an election between two people without anything like the Media Bias and Communist Enthusiasm of today, the vast majority of people were fine with Gore as they were Bush, the difference was over a few million bucks of Midnight Basketball and a 1mpg higher or lower Fuel Efficiency standard. Both were happy with outsourcing and immigration. Bush was so boring, the first year the only thing I remember is him caving to the Chinese on the P-3 incident before 9/11.

This is a clash of visions far removed from expanding or reducing welfare rolls a bit. This is Howard Zinn History vs. Real American History. This is fines for misgendering Trannies vs. Freedom. Big Tech and Big Media vs. The People.

"Extremism in the defense of Liberty is no vice; Moderation in the Defense of Freedom is no Virtue"

- I'm sure I somewhat misquoted that but I think I got the meat right

As I see it, the danger is 10x from the left as it is from breaking with tradition during a fraudulent vote by passing the ultimate decision to state legislatures.
549   MisdemeanorRebel   2020 Nov 5, 3:31pm

I wanna emphasize #1

If the state legislatures select Trump electors and damn the fraudulent vote, they'll say he's iilegit.
If Trump wins the EV without the state legislatures, they're gonna go straight to Putin, or simply Project that REPUBLICANS stole the election with Fraud, or one of a thousand other things.

Whatever happens, Trump will be delegitimized in a Deep State/MSM narrative. Not even winning the PV+EV will change that.

So fuck it, go with the sure thing and get him in based on the in person votes, and investigate/prosecute later.

I agree with you that this is what could and maybe should be done, but it won't happen. This is already an explosive situation and could lead to widespread unrest. You're in Chile, right? - I'm in CA, I'm not sure whether it's worth risking civil war over this, given that this will be a lame duck presidency, even if bi-den wins. It's easier to talk about civil war than to have one in front of your house ;) To me the election system is broken without having predefined HARD rules each state has to obey, without valid ID requirement and without observers.
551   MisdemeanorRebel   2020 Nov 5, 3:37pm

HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT

They just removed Bannon's War Room from Youtube while it was Live!

EDIT: It was Episode 478 I believe, the last one of the day.
552   mell   2020 Nov 5, 3:41pm

Pinal County: CORRECTION: Trump to Biden margin was 67.9% to 31.3% (36.6% margin). Much closer to our initial projection of Trump winning by 40%. #Election2020 #AZ #ElectionTwitter

65k vote difference left, probably less since the mainstream media doesn't update regularly here on purpose. I maintain AZ remains in play. That's why they're now magically pushing bi-den in PA as he may need that if he loses AZ.
553   mell   2020 Nov 5, 4:09pm

Lol GA now with a Trump lead of 3700. bi-den ballots magically keep surfacing while its 99.99% counted. If they flip GA, fraudulent or not, it's going to be rough sailing.
554   mell   2020 Nov 5, 4:14pm

"Georgia's top election official said he expects the state to finish counting remaining ballots in the race between President Trump and Democratic nominee Joe Biden by midday Thursday. "

Its way past fucking mid day, and you're still printing and counting bi-den ballots. Fuck you very much.
555   MisdemeanorRebel   2020 Nov 5, 4:28pm

This shit is real folks.

Bannon War Room Ep 478 was literally censored live while I was watching it. Made dinner, sat in front of the TV, and poof "Violated Community Standards"

It's one thing when a month-old video is pulled, it's a whole different experience when it goes off and you're in the middle of a livestream. It's got some kind of 1984 feeling.

Bannon and Brian Cates (Epoch Times) also suspended by Twitter - same time Bannon was pulled from Youtube. Collusion

Why do they bother to use Twitter or YouTube at all?

It's just asking to be shat upon.

All these things should be on personally controlled websites.

They should do both: use twatters and boobtubes to reach wide audience but make sure to have a website too and inform your followers where to go in case of deplatforming/censorship.
559   mell   2020 Nov 5, 5:30pm

Az down to 50k votes with approx. 350k to count.

HUGE UPDATE: Pima County 51/46 Trump to Biden. 28,344 total votes. This county is a blue county that Biden is winning overall by 17%. This exceeded our projections of 45/55 Trump to Biden. #Election2020 #AZ #ElectionTwitter

I disagree.

Trump himself would be a major media force with his own website, reaching just about the same audience with no censorship at all.

If you post anything at all on Twitter or let Google index your website, you are handing them power and money. Don't do that.

As we wait for the major Maricopa update. Statewide Numbers: Biden 50.26% to Trump 48.35%. Biden margin now down to 1.91% (56,833 ballots). About 390,000 ballots left to count statewide. #Election2020 #ElectionTwitter #AZ

Probably a bit less due to others. 55% or 56% should do

If hosted in Amazon/Google/Msft cloud it stiil could be deplatformed (didn't they just do it to bitchute?). OCI would be a good option, since Larry is a personal friend AFAIK.

Then there is a question of domain registration: didn't godaddy "deplatform" some "undesirable" sites in the past by cancelling their reg?

Why the fuck these cunts have so much power over this?
568   mell   2020 Nov 5, 6:03pm

Next Maricopa batch will be telling if Trump holds 57% or better here he has a decent chance as it has a lot of votes left being very populated

Yeah trump is overperforming here by well over 50k votes. Also GA has 15k votes left unless Bidem captures nearly 65% by magic Trump should win but recount is sure anyways.

Right now on Fox (no idea where they get the data and if it's real data or "projection"):

573   mell   2020 Nov 5, 6:13pm

BREAKING - Maricopa County #AZ releases 73,976 ballots. Trump gets 42,276 - so 57%. This is right in line with what he needs to prevail in AZ once all the ballots are counted. #2020PresidentialElection

Was hoping for a bit more but if he keeps this up INCL other counties he will barely win. 46k lead left for biden 315k to count approx.

575   Eric Holder   2020 Nov 5, 6:26pm

NYT (of all places):

Arizona is a state with many permanent absentee voters, who automatically receive absentee ballots in the mail. Registered Republicans outnumber Democrats among these voters. This year, Democrats sent in their ballots extremely quickly, giving them a big lead in the early mail vote. But as a result, the voters who received mail ballots but had not yet returned them were overwhelmingly Republican. There was no way to know whether they would return their ballots or just vote on Election Day. But if they did mail in their ballots, the late count could at least conceivably break overwhelmingly for the president.

I will never forget McCain at his Town hall when he was running against Obama. A misinformed lady stood up and said that Obama was a Muslim. There’s nothing wrong with that but it wasn’t correct. McCain made a point to correct that lady and underscored it by saying that “ Obama is a good man”. I could never imagine a Republican candidate doing the same thing 2020.

Yeah, McCain called Obama "a good man" and was rewarded by donkeys calling him "unstable", "unpredictable", "warmonger", etc. He also lost that election.

I wonder why Republican candidates are not doing the same thing in 2020. Not!

I just did a search and there is a war room video he posted 10 hours ago today. I guess that's not the one you were watching? I does end abruptly during some commercials though!

If the watermark thing is true and they can thoroughly prove the fraud then the time would be now. Would be brilliant if they actually did this but how did they control the mail in ballot printing for each state..
