That is the motto I live by. If the Democrats want to make sure every vote is counted, then we owe it to them, to make sure no bogus votes are counted.
Also in the election notice post card, it should remind those that got a mail in ballot, that did not get counted.
That would be the right way to do it, why do anything half ass. It could take 3 to 6 months, but HEY, it's the most important election in US History we're talking about here. Right Barack Obama?

Great idea EXCEPT it will disenfranchise people who are moving, traveling, or otherwise lack access to mail during the time window.
I'm a believer in a robust voter registration process that vets every name and cross checks other precincts for duplicate registrations. It's a trivial programming matter to largely automate such processes and use them to spot patterns of deliberate fraud for prosecution. Make a system that is accessible to legit voters yet unprofitable to game.

Then the ACB SCOTUS can say if the Dem state and cities can allow sketchy ballots to be cast, then the Federal Government has the right to verify every vote.
The Roberts SCOTUS, only said, the Federal Government couldn't stop sketchy ballots from being submitted. they didn't say anything about being counted in the final tabulation.
Trump is up in Michigan, but he wont win Michigan if Detroit can manufacture a couple hundred thousand anonymous votes.
