Because they realize, the GOP will ballot harvest every Conservative Vote in all of America that isn't a tiny shit hole blue spot on the map.
It would make the GOP turnout next election .75 to .25 if were were to ballot harvest the GOP vote. And unlike the big Liberal cities, Earl knows John, when he's looking over the "I see you didn't vote" cheat sheet. It will be very easy for friendly neighborly people to give and get unsolicited votes.

Yeah Bubba, I'm going to need you to go ahead on and register to vote, and give me your ballot. I see you've never voted in your life.

Two can play this game, Liberals are the minority in this country, until now, Democrats have been the majority voters. But they aren't the majority of the people.
People are disengaged but they would be more than happy to let their Church handle voting for them.

So they create special Ballot harvesting for them for this one off election. But then as soon as the election is over, they call to destroy the bridge so Republicans can never use it.

This alone should be grounds for SCOTUS to declare this election an abortion.
