He always managed to have someone with a camera show up and capture all of the discarded ballots, the dumpster fires, and even at 3am had "Lawyers for Trump" just so happen to be at the election center in Philly to record the cart of ballots being hauled in. At first I thought that video was a random person, but then in the interviews she gave the next day. She said she's a member of Lawyers for Trump.
Perhaps they got the communication that said they were bringing the cart of ballots, or intercepted the call requesting the cart of ballots.

They know because phone calls, texts, and emails between parties on where to move them or how to discard them.
I don't think anyone at the post office just unilaterally grabbed ballots and took them to a ravine.
There were communications and directives to do so. \

If he says it was to preserve the integrity of the election process.
