For what ever reason, Durham has had it leaked his intentions on that three times already which he nor his office has rebuked. At the end of the day, He was going to conclude no laws were broken, and only some low level guys would be going to jail. That was before Kevin Cliensmith got indicted.
He's already dropped about three hints on that, and Trump has not erupted over it.

I think if all Trump had at this point that it was a rigged election and that's all he's got. He would be laying down some rules on the only way he would leave office is a fair and honest election. And demand one, that met his and America's satisfaction.
