Question is, who controls them, it ain't the Executive Branch. The dereliction and treason comfort are beyond belief.
You hear these guys talk about how 90 percent of the FBI and CIA are 'good people' and the top layer is the corrupt bunch. The lower 90 percent still follow orders rather than ratting the echelons out.
