Well whaddya know? SCOTUS declares that Texas has no standing in their case.

Gee! Who predicted that?

The court, in a brief unsigned order, said Texas lacked standing to pursue the case, saying it “has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another state conducts its elections.”

That was Texas suit, the State's challenges haven't made it to court yet, and neither has Trump's.

The next suit will even have more supporters. The Judge's inaction will not be in lieu of doing anything.

They said the State of Texas has no legal ground, now Pennsylvania and Arizona joined the Texas suit, they need to present their own suit.

Cowards that are supposed to do the right thing, can only cower for so long. Before they have three options. Stand up and do something, run like hell out of there, or continue to be complacent in the face of sedition. The third option can have deadly consequences.

We're not going away.

So? It doesn't matter worth a damn now may supporters the plaintiffs have if their case isn't worth shit to begin wiith...starting with the state's having standing to begin with.

That was what killed Texas' case from the get go: lack of standing.

WTF that goes down in in one state's choosing its Electors does not impact another's. So the Texas case was bullshit from Day One as is any other case brought by other states.

now Pennsylvania

Penn AG is a fucking Democrat. Why would he bring a suit against PA's very fine job of rigging their election for the Dems?

The Pennsylvania Attorney General is the chief law enforcement officer of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It became an elected office in 1980.[1] The current Attorney General is Democrat Josh Shapiro.

I am for clean election which means the person who won legally should be president.
Based on statistical evidence and shenanigans it is near certain that it was not fair election.
Hard to have candidate leading and then voting stop and communist ratio(99%) votes make up the difference for opponent.

Having said that, The Trump team has failed miserably.
They make tall claims and then don't show proof. They also have too many lawsuits by every person.
Take "Sidney Powell" for example, If 20% of what she said is true, Law enforcement should be arresting people or subpoena them now.

If the country is "banana republic" as there are some indications and nobody listens to trump, then why waste time with lawsuits.
If have the balls call military or concede. This looks like a ploy to "boil up people" sentiments for no end goal except to enrich yourself.

I don't get this logic.
Biden will also be president of Texas. Texas voted for trump and they should have right to ask elections conducted in other state were fair.
I don't get this "standing business"... Every citizen of US has stake in who is president.
Why not rule on merit of case whether it was fraud or not.

Always third party as doesn't matter in California. I don't like this red-blue choke hold on politics.
I only like Trump's response to COVID and No War doctrine.Plenty not to like about him.
But given chance again will vote for him as Biden is unadulterated communism.

I don't know what Trump is hiding, By the way he never shared Tax returns.
.. But He is claiming fraud and not going after people, What should be made out of it?

Correct and Trump drums up support, and proof with every suit he hypes, and they ignore.
It draws attention to the corruption and outright weaponized politics.

Eventually SCOTUS will have to admit they are feckless if they turn away every case, without one single challenge being heard. Especially Trump's or Legislatures in those contested States. The power is theirs and theirs alone, it has been taken away by corrupt partisan hacks. And there's far more evidence for them to just shirk it away.

Trump wasn't cheated, he just lost fair and square. If we actually cared about fairness he wouldn't have been elected in the first place as he lost by over 3 million votes.

Based on mathematics I can say 100% surety that trump is cheated this time.It would be blind to not see cheating.

Popular vote don't count due to cheating in big cities and communist states like California.
In communists countries dear leader always get 99%.

The Texas suit could have been a kind of end run or Hail Mary. However, it seems that the Supreme Court may also be committing a kind of seppuku, since the Dems plan to increase the number of justices and permanently stack the court. Any shred of confidence in the justice system will be gone forever. It will be a rubber stamp of far leftist delusions.

Of course, tyrants and KommieKunt dictators don't care about that, they will just start resorting to mass imprisonments and slaughter of the populace into submission.

You already have the 'confiscation committees' chafing at the bit, bedazzled by the notion that they can openly rob the populace with government blessing and impunity. The whole trend toward disarmament, defunding police and deputizing the criminal elements points toward it.

This kind of articles are helpful. Self-pity is the strongest force to getup and make change.

I think America and democracy future is uncertain. China as a leader of world can't be democratic world.
China is going to show they work better than US by not letting any bad info come out of their country.

One confession.
As a immigrant family I love out here, But indiscriminate immigration is curse of US and will be its undoing.

As article suggested:
So what now?
We will pray and fight but stopping the steal depends on President Trump. Will he fight on? Will he drop something big?

Lawsuits are waste of time without arrests and otehr law enforcement stuff. If not happening only two things:
1) Trump too weak to do anything.
2) No evidence of fraud.
Both reflect poorly on Trump.

Thanks, Booger, very informative. Yes, the Texas suit was a lovely wishful thinking, but the rejection did not overturn all the the suits that were already active and going on, a couple which DO have standing to SCOTUS and will just have to be resolved individually.
The Texas suit was kind an over clever Trojan Horse trying to get the whole mess before SCOTUS in a hurry. Too much on the plate at once?

No, the actual producers are too busy to take up arms. We are looking at the Dems establishing themselves as the American PRI. The PRI was the party that ruled Mexico for 80 or so years and held virtually all elected offices. The PRI used rigged elections as one tool to maintain power, and for anyone to get a government job or anything else worthwhile you had to demonstrate active loyalty and support to the PRI. In the highly populated Dem areas, fraud enablers like mail-out voting, no-ID voting, and same day registration are here to stay. This means that all statewide elections will go to Dems since they will always generate enough fraud votes in those populated areas to push their candidate over the top.

Uh...that is EXACTLY how murders are handled unless they involve crossing state lines. And even if, say, murderers are caught in another state they committed the crime, they are returned to the state it happened in and tried there, by the state courts there.

Any more absolutely shitty analogies people want to post here? Hey! Let's make a game of it! Call it "(non)REASON LIKE A LIBTARD".

By not following the respective state legislatures' election laws and by counting fake/illegal ballots, the four states did not hold a valid election and did not elect their electoral college electors through a citizens' election process (but was in effect through a selection process by those who stuffed the ballot count.) Therefore, by 14th Amendament Section 2, their electoral college vote count should be reduced to 2 each . . . unless the states are willing to reject all the batches of late mail-in ballots that have fake/illegal ballots mixed in and take a smaller cut in electoral college vote by the proportions (e.g. if 20% of all ballots are rejected, the electoral college votes from the state would drop by close to (N-2) x 20% excepting obvious fakes (i.e. not cast by valid citizens), where N is the original number of electoral college votes that the state would have; alternatively, the state can hold another election and the legislature can make rules regarding this special election, including requiring in-person voting and ink-stamp thumbs after voting.

So, you’re the President of the United States, and you just went through an election where you got more votes than any sitting President in history, by far - and purportedly lost. You can’t get “standing” before the Supreme Court, so you “intervene” with wonderful states.....

....that, after careful study and consideration, think you got “screwed”, something which will hurt them also. Many others likewise join the suit but, within a flash, it is thrown out and gone, without even looking at the many reasons it was brought. A Rigged Election, fight on!
