We are well and truly fucked. Four years of dipshit Left-wingers running the front office. I give Biden a year, at most. Then Harris.

Or 2 years and a day. That way Harris can finish out Biden's term and then serve two full terms. Of course she'll never complete that 10th year because we won't have a country anymore after the first few.

Too many judges cucked out. So far most America cucked our, afraid of BLMers rioting.

I think that the fundamental legal problem is that each state's legislature has broad authority to conduct the elections and, even if their authority was blatantly disregarded in some cases, it's up to the legislature to handle it. If the legislature is unwilling to exert their authority, then it's very difficult for others to do much about it. Sadly, the "remedy" will be for the affected people in those states to vote in a better legislature.
7   Tenpoundbass   2020 Dec 11, 4:53pm

That was Texas suit, the State's challenges haven't made it to court yet, and neither has Trump's.

The next suit will even have more supporters. The Judge's inaction will not be in lieu of doing anything.

They said the State of Texas has no legal ground, now Pennsylvania and Arizona joined the Texas suit, they need to present their own suit.

Cowards that are supposed to do the right thing, can only cower for so long. Before they have three options. Stand up and do something, run like hell out of there, or continue to be complacent in the face of sedition. The third option can have deadly consequences.

We're not going away.
9   Booger   2020 Dec 11, 4:57pm

I don't think that this lawsuit was ever part of Trump's plan.

If it's making the trap deeper, it's working: OAN banned from Facebook. Including paid membership streams.

Take "Sidney Powell" for example, If 20% of what she said is true, Law enforcement should be arresting people or subpoena them now.

Why do you assume that law enforcement always does their job?

The FBI pretty much is in bed with Obama.

What do you suppose Trump is hiding that has not been revealed?

Did you vote for Biden?

Correct and Trump drums up support, and proof with every suit he hypes, and they ignore.
It draws attention to the corruption and outright weaponized politics.

Eventually SCOTUS will have to admit they are feckless if they turn away every case, without one single challenge being heard. Especially Trump's or Legislatures in those contested States. The power is theirs and theirs alone, it has been taken away by corrupt partisan hacks. And there's far more evidence for them to just shirk it away.

I really appreciate your optimism as always.
Are you basing it on public info or you know something more?
Trump was cheated and Can he fight back?
Trump wasn't cheated, he just lost fair and square. If we actually cared about fairness he wouldn't have been elected in the first place as he lost by over 3 million votes.
17   Ceffer   2020 Dec 11, 6:34pm

The Texas suit could have been a kind of end run or Hail Mary. However, it seems that the Supreme Court may also be committing a kind of seppuku, since the Dems plan to increase the number of justices and permanently stack the court. Any shred of confidence in the justice system will be gone forever. It will be a rubber stamp of far leftist delusions.

Of course, tyrants and KommieKunt dictators don't care about that, they will just start resorting to mass imprisonments and slaughter of the populace into submission.

You already have the 'confiscation committees' chafing at the bit, bedazzled by the notion that they can openly rob the populace with government blessing and impunity. The whole trend toward disarmament, defunding police and deputizing the criminal elements points toward it.

Thanks, Booger, very informative. Yes, the Texas suit was a lovely wishful thinking, but the rejection did not overturn all the the suits that were already active and going on, a couple which DO have standing to SCOTUS and will just have to be resolved individually.
The Texas suit was kind an over clever Trojan Horse trying to get the whole mess before SCOTUS in a hurry. Too much on the plate at once?

I think not all is over yet.

Anyway last election reviled how dip corruption is. I have seen progress in that direction on all government level for at least 25 years. By dollar value we live in the most corrupt country in the world.
Trump really need patriots around himself to stop it. If not, all be back to normal and when everything come to breaking point, expect revolution.

No, the actual producers are too busy to take up arms. We are looking at the Dems establishing themselves as the American PRI. The PRI was the party that ruled Mexico for 80 or so years and held virtually all elected offices. The PRI used rigged elections as one tool to maintain power, and for anyone to get a government job or anything else worthwhile you had to demonstrate active loyalty and support to the PRI. In the highly populated Dem areas, fraud enablers like mail-out voting, no-ID voting, and same day registration are here to stay. This means that all statewide elections will go to Dems since they will always generate enough fraud votes in those populated areas to push their candidate over the top.

I suppose if we want a happy ending we will have to see a masseuse.

I suppose that henceforth I will rule the murder of opposing politicians, whom I happen to oppose, to be a "local problem" to be solved by local investigators only since it doesn't affect "my vicinity".
25   REpro   2020 Dec 11, 8:41pm

9/11 obvious fraud was cover-up and stay this way for many years, so current election may follow it.
The sad part is that we have so many educated people who are lack of critical thinking and behave just as sheeple.
The truth always is reviled at some point but often takes many years, hundreds sometimes.
26   steverbeaver   2020 Dec 11, 8:47pm

No, my friend. Of course people should declare their exact intent on the internet /s. It's confidential, after all /s. See, I spelled it out.
27   Reality   2020 Dec 11, 8:51pm

By not following the respective state legislatures' election laws and by counting fake/illegal ballots, the four states did not hold a valid election and did not elect their electoral college electors through a citizens' election process (but was in effect through a selection process by those who stuffed the ballot count.) Therefore, by 14th Amendament Section 2, their electoral college vote count should be reduced to 2 each . . . unless the states are willing to reject all the batches of late mail-in ballots that have fake/illegal ballots mixed in and take a smaller cut in electoral college vote by the proportions (e.g. if 20% of all ballots are rejected, the electoral college votes from the state would drop by close to (N-2) x 20% excepting obvious fakes (i.e. not cast by valid citizens), where N is the original number of electoral college votes that the state would have; alternatively, the state can hold another election and the legislature can make rules regarding this special election, including requiring in-person voting and ink-stamp thumbs after voting.
