I thought they were mandating children to pet containers in the hold. These vector menaces to public health must be controlled.
Toddlers should NOT wear masks. if they happen to cough something up, as little kids often do, they may aspirate it if a mask pushes it back into their mouth. That would be a way more serious problem than covid is to a 2 year old.
