I think if EO is enacted, the first thing they should do is round up every Dominion machine in the country for forensic analysis and destruction. There should be some kind of citizen referendum process established for do-over in all elections at all levels in which Dominion machine participation was determinative, for the entire history of the machines' existence in American politics.
